M. Fareed Farukhi, CPA
M. Fareed Farukhi, CPA, is the Managing Partner of the firm. Fareed received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University Los Angeles. He has over 40 years of expertise in tax, business consulting, and M&A providing clients with strategic guidance on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and tax structures. He leads the firm’s advisory practice encompassing high-net-worth individuals, corporations, trusts and foundations. Fareed has held numerous leadership positions serving on corporate boards and startups including non-profits boards. He served as Chairman and appointed as Commissioner to the Orange County Human Relations Commission 4th District, been on board of director of a local community bank, Chairman of the New Horizon School System with five campuses in LA and OC, current board member of Vibrant Minds Charter Academy in Anaheim(formerly Goals Academy) and former executive member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE).
His commitment to social justice issues and civic engagement is exemplified through his active involvement in addressing homelessness, immigration, cultural diversity, education, and interfaith dialogues and bridge building across Orange County and Los Angeles communities.
A Commitment to Community Service and Visionary Leadership
Fareed is the Founding President of Universal Heritage which has setup endowment’s at Chapman University for the position of Director of Muslim Life and Chaplin, and at UCLA to preserve and amplify rare manuscripts collections at the YKL library of people’s history, contributions and cultures to advance research. He is the Co-Founder of Harmony Bites addressing food insecurity and sustainability initiatives in food deserts of LA and OC. A visionary leader who is working to create a transformational platform for the LA28 Olympics and beyond with a vision for One LA Everyone’s Village that will engage local communities, businesses, and tourists all year round with its multi-faceted approach to entertainment, sports, cultures and business while developing sustainable initiatives, social cultural diplomats to drive positive change and awareness. Mr. Farukhi has a passion for quality education that inspires the young generation to become global citizens and leaders.

Dr. Daniel Choi
Daniel Choi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). His research focuses on teacher quality, geographic perspectives on demographic shifts, and the achievement of English Learners, with particular emphasis on utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to study teacher distribution inequities. His scholarship has been published in journals such as Education Policy and the International Journal of Educational Leadership Preparation, and he has successfully secured external grants to support his research endeavors. He serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of School Leadership and contributes to educational governance as a School Board Member and Board Secretary at GEA Charter. Through his research, teaching, and service, he addresses critical issues of educational equity and leadership in diverse school communities.

Munir Shaikh
Munir Shaikh is Vice President of Operations and Academic Affairs at Bayan Islamic Graduate School. He holds an M.A. in Islamic Studies from UCLA. He has participated in programs for advanced study of Arabic in Morocco and Egypt, and specializes in the history of Islamic Spain and the Mediterranean region. He has taught university courses in World History, the Middle East, and Islam at colleges and universities in Southern California. He has participated in numerous public education projects related to Islam and Muslim culture and history, is a reviewer of K-12 world history textbooks, and has provided professional development workshops to thousands of K-12 educators over the course of his career. He regularly provides public lectures addressing medieval Islamic civilization, art, and literature, as well as contemporary inter-religious issues.
